1. Products & Services

  • We specialize in: Kurta Pajama, Shalwar Kameez, Waistcoats, Prince Coats, Sherwani, Perfumes, Turbans, Suits, and Unstitched Fabric.

  • All product images are for reference only; slight variations in color, fabric, or design may occur due to photography or screen display differences.

  • Custom stitching or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our store, WhatsApp, or social media platforms.

  • Payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, or other approved methods.

  • Orders will only be processed once payment (or confirmation for COD) is received.

3. Delivery & Shipping

  • We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier services.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days.

  • Urgent Delivery: Available at additional cost (not eligible for free shipping).

  • Free Delivery: On orders above PKR 8,000 (standard delivery only).

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, weather, or courier delays.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase/delivery, subject to the following:

    • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

    • Perfumes, custom-stitched items, turbans, and sale items are non-returnable.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that delivery details (name, address, contact number) provided are accurate.

  • Check the product at the time of delivery. Claims for damage/defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, logos, and images under the name Raheel Qadir are the property of our business and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

    • Color/fabric differences due to screen resolution.

    • Customer negligence in product handling or care.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

  • Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
